• 12-week program, which aims to support women wishing to pursue career guidance, job search and validate their choice through an internship.
• Retention support so that every woman can have a positive experience in the workplace.

DÉFIT Project – Immigrant Women’s Right to Equality in the Workplace

In collaboration with the Secrétariat à la condition féminine and Desroches Mongeon avocats Inc., we offer a support service for immigrant women in understanding labour laws and standards in Quebec.
For us, the appropriation of everyone’s labour rights, empowerment and socio-professional integration is at the heart of this project.
